Job Purpose: Provide high quality, timely, accurate professional advice, support and coaching to employees and managers. Assess and resolve complex employee relations matters, partnering with leaders to drive a fair and consistent approach to the organisations policies and procedures to minimise risk whilst promoting a positive employee culture across the business and protecting the employment brand.
Qualifications & Experience: Human Resources.Employee Relations : 5+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Post graduate qualification in a HR specific field would be considered an asset Professional accreditation preferred (CIPD or equivalent) experience in a customer or business facing advisory role Experience in an HR advisory role is advantageous Knowledge/skills: Passion for delivering high quality customer service Knowledge of employment law, employee relations procedures and processes Ability to confidently articulate and interpret policy to managers and employees Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to communicate with people at all levels Ability to analyse and identify trends Leadership Role: No Safety Sensitive Role: No
