Job Description
This position plays a crucial role in advancing and enhancing the quality of our globally distributed products. The primary focus is on delivering efficient and purposeful solutions while maintaining adherence to best practices.
As a member of a collaborative team closely working with operational units, you will report to the Engineering Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will encompass modifying existing products to meet approved non-standard requests, recognizing avenues for ongoing product and process enhancements, and collaborating with various disciplines to provide cost estimates for validating project business cases.
This role is ideal for a adept problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of balancing diverse workloads comprising short term actions and longer term product or process improvement projects.
Experience Requirements:
• HNC/HND in Mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 2 years in a Mechanical engineering position
• Design and development using structured design techniques
• Use of the Microsoft toolset - for technical documentation
