Job Description
The PMO Analyst sits within the NPD team and is responsible for defining and maintaining standards for NPD Project Management ensuring there is a set of effective and fit for purpose governance and delivery assurance processed in place.
Through thorough core processes and attention to detail, the PMO Analyst will ensure projects are planned and delivered in line the the agreed PMO standard; they will take ownership of weekly reporting processes to ensure issues and risks are identified in a timely manner; and they will lead a continuous improvement approach to those processes to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrable history in operating within a PMO that oversees diverse projects
- Competent in creating dashboards in Power BI
- Understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques
The Successful Candidate:
- Will be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Will be a team player capable of self management
- Will posses excellent communication skills and will be confident in interacting with a range of project and programme managers
