Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of business-critical projects and play a key role in one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement transformation programmes in Europe, working to replace several heritage systems globally. On offer is the chance for development both within the project and other qualifications.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, this role is positioned within Group IT Business Analyst team, working together with colleagues you will collaborate with the business and wider teams to create robust, enduring solutions.
These responsibilities are varied and range from analysing existing processes and systems; designing, testing and implementing solutions; and providing training on these solutions to ensure smooth adoption of them. You will utilise KPI’s and support requests to identify improvements and efficient gains required as well.
This role would suit someone with an analytical mind with great relationship building and problem-solving skills. You will have a flexible approach to travel and a focus on delivery.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Understanding of basic financial accountancy principles
- Process mapping and requirement gathering experience
- Experience with accountancy or ERP system projects including aspects like invoicing
The Successful Candidate:
- Has strong communication and relationship building skills
- Looks to have proactive approach to delivery and problem solving
- Possesses flexibility on travel
