Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity at the heart of Learning & Development at Rotork. Working across all levels of the business the successful candidate will develop talent, as well as managing our Early Careers Programme.
In this role you will partner with the key stakeholders to understand business challenges and capability gaps. You will develop and deliver programmes and initiatives to build people, management, and future talent capabilities; in line with global business needs.
This position will also oversee our Graduate programme, where you will directly line manage our Graduates and Interns, ensuring their rotational programme provides development and opportunities for growth.
This role would suit someone with a demonstrated track record of implementing innovative learning & development solutions, who is looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a global organisation.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements
- Strong background in developing and delivering management learning content in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills achieved through both face to face and virtual delivery
- Strong understanding and application of development models, tools, interventions, and solutions
- Previous experience and a passion to manage people
- Experience operating across a global matrixed business

- Ability to work closely with the business to translate business needs into tangible learning solutions
- Excellent programme and project management skills
- A positive and engaging self-starter, who demonstrates drive and enthusiasm
- Possess the ability to engage effectively and confidently with a wide range of people, including stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
