OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEWZeroFox seeks a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of customer and internal projects, which includes setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects. As a Program Manager, you will join an amazing team of highly skilled individuals working hard to ensure that ZeroFox customers are protected from threats as they manifest on social media & digital channels. Your role will be cross functional, spanning teams and organizations, helping to ensure that strategic technical initiatives have perfect requirements, efficient plans and flawless execution. In this role, you will coordinate with Business Unit Managers to ensure all aspects of each project are feasible from time, cost, and resource perspectives.   You will have the best possible opportunity to build skills around communication, planning, tracking & reporting, execution as well as interfacing with 3rd party organizations outside of the company. In short, your role will have a huge impact on the company's core mission to protect customers from threats as they manifest on social media & digital channels!  In this role, the Program Manager will work directly with clients and internal resources to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. 

Role and responsibilities

• Own execution of major projects from start to finish, ensuring maximum efficiency and high quality results 
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Work with and/or influence stakeholders/others as required to execute to plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Escalate changes to plan to stakeholders for review / approval
• Meticulously track & report on changes to plan
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Establish communication plans and meeting cadence
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications and skills

• Must be a US Citizen residing in the United States
• Project management and related experience typically obtained in 5-7 years
• Outstanding ability to coordinate among stakeholders, rapidly achieve consensus, produce very efficient, actionable plans and execute to plan
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Superior attention to detail in tracking & reporting changes to plans
• Excellent ability to summarize information both written and visually
• Previous experience with writing and editing technical communications
• Strong ability to work with and/or influence stakeholders/others as required to execute to plan
• Written and spoken fluency in the English language 

Desired qualifications and skills

• Experience working in a project management capacity at technology company, typically obtained in 5-7 years 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience

• This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
