What you'll be doing
We are looking for a Senior Data and Insights Business Partner to partner with directorates to create and implement a high-quality, responsive, and efficient information service, including designing and delivering data and insights road maps for the business. Working closely with the functions giving expert advice, challenge and specialist knowledge on all things data and insight related and supporting the business to use data to make decision.
Lead on the design and delivery of reporting programmes and solutions, aligned with corporate strategies and directorate objectives.
Lead the Business Partners and Data Science Apprentices in supporting the business by delivering a high-quality Data and Insights service.
Develop and implement comprehensible communication tools and techniques to ensure that complex data information is understood by a range of non-specialist audiences.
Resolve highly complex information problems and provide expert guidance when required for team colleagues and stakeholders.
Ascertain requirements from stakeholders and interpret them to provide technical specifications for the Data and Insights team.
Requirements
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in data insights and/or performance arena.
Experience of leading an analytical team.
Experience in designing and delivering reporting solutions.
Working with and delivering analyses to senior stakeholders.
Extensive experience of SQL and Power BI.

25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays and 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year.
37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
