Responsibilities
- Lead on everything people and talent, from creative sourcing to onboarding new joiners.
- Work closely with our Founder and leadership team to deliver on hiring needs.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent, including employer branding and social media campaigns.
- Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience, immersing talent in our game and its potential.
- Craft studio culture and execute talent retention and employee engagement strategies.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE: Internal recruiting experience in the gaming industry.
- Solid understanding of the structure of a game studio and the nuances of each role.
- Diverse sourcing experience, ideally for complex technical roles.
- Experience leading people initiatives.
