Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of global applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and methodologies.
• Oversee the deployment of various applications, including ERP, CRM, Treasury systems, and Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring integration and coherence.
• Establish a framework for global app development, focusing on standardization and scalability across different markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive app deployment strategies and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers overseeing specific app deployment projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance app development processes and streamline deployment efforts.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align app development strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in app deployment and project management, with a focus on global rollouts across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of app development methodologies and best practices, with a focus on deployment rather than development.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships effectively.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a complex, multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in app development and deployment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
