This position is for 2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11PM

What you will do:

• You will perform a variety of digital, electrical adjustments to achieve desired operating results

• You will work with molding or assembly equipment electrical issues, mostly of the 240 volt variety, but up to 480 volts on occasion

• You will diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs to restore equipment to proper operating conditions 

• You will disassemble equipment, identify and replace worn, broken, or otherwise defective parts and reassemble equipment, making any adjustments necessary to ensure proper equipment operation

• You will keep appropriate personnel informed of equipment condition at all times

• You will perform preventive maintenance, cleaning and lubricating equipment in accordance with prescribed schedule or as instructed

• You will maintain proper pump oil levels and change oil in transmissions

• You will supply equipment with required materials, plus maintain proper supply levels in various devices

• Change over, adjust, maintain, improve capability and operate all assigned equipment.  Maintain continual close observation of assigned equipment

What You Have:

• You must have a 2 year technical degree in a technical field or at least 4 years of experience in electrical and mechanical repair of high-speed machinery

• You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and manage somewhat physical work at times (bending, kneeling, etc)
