The Role:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is looking for a proven leader who will work collaboratively with the Bank’s General Counsel and management to consistently provide excellent legal, ethics, and compliance counsel for the Bank. In addition, this leader will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction for the Legal Department, managing the Bank’s ethics function, and collaborating on initiatives for the Bank as a whole. This leader will have a successful record of leading a professional legal team by working to attract, retain, and develop talented people in an inclusive environment where each person is valued for the distinct skills and attributes they bring to the group. The Deputy General Counsel will work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System, and will ensure their team and the practices of the Bank sustain and enhance the Bank’s reputation as a trusted public and financial institution.
