We're seeking a Deals Consultant to join our ambitious team!

As part of the Corporate Finance team, you will participate in the "full cycle" of transactional execution, including preparation and participation in client pitches, preparation on transaction materials, performing industry research and Target company financial analysis and ensuring acquisitions and disposals are conducted seamlessly.
You will also have a chance to be involved in the financial due diligence, business valuation and other Deals projects.
As a Corporate Finance Consultant, you will:
Develop content for client pitches, produce transaction related materials (Teasers, IMs, Financial Models, etc.)
Perform market analysis on selected industries, assist preparation of investors‘ lists
Research and monitor relevant external publications in relation to M&A deals, financing transactions and market trends
Analyse financial data, help to coordinate due diligence processes and informations flows
Participate in our major due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and other transaction service projects
Work along with our top-rated Baltic Deals team

You are our perfect candidate if you:
Preferably have at least 1 year of previous work experience in corporate finance, business analysis, financial auditing, financial due diligence, business valuation or other related areas
Have a university degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration or other related field
Have a genuine interest in the Lithuanian and cross-border business environment and market trends and you are able to see the big picture behind the details
Are self-confident, able to work independently and have strong ownership of your work results
Are fluent in English and Lithuanian
Are proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
Skills in advanced analytical tools would be an advantage
Our offer:
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1400 to 2100 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
