As our Lead Analyst - Advanced Analytics, Digital & eCommerce for our fast-expanding eCommerce business, you will help shape and lead our AI strategies. Your primary focus will develop and implement Machine Learning and statistical models that transform our decision-making and enhance our data insights. Your role will be collaborative, working with global partners and other teams outside of the immediate organization, such as other analytics and Data Science teams.
You will be reporting to the Sr, Director of Analytics, Data & Systems.
This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced analyst, with experience with model building and using the power of statistics to achieve business growth and improve customer experience in the digital world.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with our teams to understand complex analytical challenges and identify opportunities for Advanced Analytics-driven solutions
Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning algorithms that turn data into relevant insights
Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in Data Science and AI to apply the latest techniques in our services
Work with large datasets, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of data used in models
Engage with internal stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements and data driven solutions
Lead initiatives to enhance our data analytics capabilities with a focus on predictive and prescriptive analytics through Machine Learning
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with an emphasis on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
Master's degree,
At least 3 or more years of experience in a Machine Learning or Data Science role, with experience developing and deploying models that have driven business impact.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Proficiency in Machine Learning algorithms and concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, etc.
Experience with data-extraction, scripting, modeling language (e.g. Python)
Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis techniques.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing/sales and eCommerce analytics and subscription businesses

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,100 and $148,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
