The Role:
Crew members will use their entrepreneurial spirit to engage and sell artist merchandise directly to Premium Seats fans during the show. This includes a designated merchandise line, hand delivered merchandise to Premium Seats fans, and a designated Premium Seats merchandise area.
Job Functions:
Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for Premium Seats fans in Live Nation venues
Fulfill the order of guests in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes as requested
Accurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation’s sales system
Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue
Use extensive knowledge of venue programs to answer questions and assist guests with purchasing.
Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
Provide great customer service to all guests to ensure a memorable experience.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Position requires you to be able to work during all weather conditions since this is an outdoor venue.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience not required.
Familiarity with technology such as iPads, iPhones and other devices helpful, but not required.
Customer service friendly attitude and good communication skills.
Hours will vary based on events.
