Department Overview
Control Room Solutions provides the backbone for emergency response in the UK & Europe. Our applications help 999 operators respond to calls from the public and dispatch out nearby responders, enabling the right response when every second counts.As our solution has grown from a small startup to one of the leading offerings for Fire & Police agencies, our customers now trust us to solve more of their problems. We are building new products to increase the safety and efficiency of emergency response agencies, and ultimately to help our customers save lives.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior FE Developer with strong Angular knowledge to join our team.
The main responsibility will be to develop, test and deliver next-generation dispatching solutions within client-server architecture and improved UI/UX experience.
The technology stack that you will use/learn is Angular.js, Angular 9, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and SASS, CI/CD, REST, API, and GIT.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of software solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Design and implement FE architectures that support software solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Strong FE skills, including significant experience with Angular
Work closely with business stakeholders and project managers to gather requirements and develop specifications for software solutions.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

We expect the following from our candidates:
at least 3+ years of experience in Angular 8+
proficiency in JavaScript
practical knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
experience with responsive frameworks
understanding of JavaScript testing environments, e.g. Jasmine/Karma
good communication and English skills
The following skills will be a plus:
practical knowledge of Angular JS
practical knowledge of using the Git version control system
experience with CI/CD
agile mindset
