The Envysion Managed Video Software Solution offers restaurants a singular platform to turn video and business systems data into actionable insight that help drive decision-making across Loss Prevention, Operations, Safety and Security. We leverage edge and cloud AI technologies tied to video to make sense of a sea of information and help businesses drive profitability.


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Software as a Service (SaaS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for our SaaS and AI offerings, in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to SaaS and AI products.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing product enhancements, including defining product roadmap, feature prioritization, and release planning.

  • Define clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous product improvement.

  • Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our SaaS and AI products to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS and AI to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Play a crucial role in driving the strategy, development, and success of our SaaS and AI products.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous product management experience in retail, retail AI, or retail operations product management strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, AI technologies, and their applications in various industries.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex software products from concept to launch, preferably in an Agile development environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in delivering solutions to restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality market segments is highly desirable.
