Job Description: Walmart Omnichannel Internship

Our internship position will provide a comprehensive experience how we go-to-market within our largest retail customer, Walmart, Inc. You’ll have the chance to learn how our products move from the production line to store shelves and e-commerce websites by working alongside a talented and diverse sales team including the disciplines of supply chain, category insights, omni-channel, and customer team management. The internship will also include a digital commerce project focused in one of the following areas: B2C digital commerce Strategy Execution, 2024 Omnichannel Innovation Plan Development, Omnichannel Customer Planning and Content & Merchandising Management Framework.
Job Responsibilities
Develop knowledge and understanding of the OTC/Personal Care industry
Assist in the general maintenance of online content, including online syndication process
Own analysis of digital commerce business performance, KPIs, and share insights for action
Cross-channel competitive pricing, velocity comparison, value proposition and pack size analysis
Whitespace searching and go-to-market planning
Learn to use free and paid tools to optimize digital commerce performance
Complete digital commerce project supporting Sanofi’s Product Information Management tools. . Evaluate and execute a best-in-class digital shelf experience supported by both free and Sanofi paid services
Supports the content management and syndication process: organizing and uploading all content attributes and files to the content management and syndication platform
Evaluate and address content health and scores in Item360
Report ecomm-specific data & insights
Aid in the routing and review of creative for Walmart Brand Pages + Walmart-specific content
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree preferably in the school of business
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to work overtime as necessary
Must Be Actively Pursuing a degree in an accredited university and be enrolled in school after your internship concludes.
Demonstrated leadership experience strongly preferred, on or off campus. (student club, sports team, community/volunteer, etc.)
