Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Site Merchandising role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and aligning new content and updates to the Comcast Business website experience that highlight our outcome based and solutions approach. Our team works within a highly matrixed organization, and we seek an ecommerce lead who uses diplomacy to drive consensus and results. Critical thinking and artful negotiation are musts as this person will be working across teams to drive clear requirements for timely merchandising refreshes.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Facilitate digital alignment to marketing campaigns and initiatives in support of Enterprise Business Customers.
Generate digital optimization and testing opportunities to drive incremental lead and sales production.
Interface with appropriate internal groups (i.e., UX, Content, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper reporting and proper performance of lead generation customer journeys.
Generates and consumes daily activity reports, reporting and trends to drive digital lead and sales targets.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
