The Team:

The Executive & Operations Support team provides exceptional customer service to Senior Management Team Members and Operational Support Services to employees at our offices across the globe. Our team aligns SPG employees to SPG strategic goals.


Responsibilities and Impact:

We are looking for a self-driven individual with great problem solving and customer service skills for our Office Administrative Assistant role. The key purpose of this role will be to support the New York Market Intelligence (MI) office operations and local management team to ensure best experience whether for employees working in the office, employees visiting from other locations, or hosting client visits.

  • Ambassador for MI office culture with office wide communications, initiatives, event planning for social, charity and other company events. Be the point of contact for general office enquiries.

  • You will execute on all required administrative and operational needs at 55W office to maximize business workflows.

  • Key contact for all internal and external visitors assisting with office access, meetings and events arrangements, seating and ad-hoc projects as needed.

  • Reception coverage 3 to 5 days a week, shared duties with other office coordinator/receptionist. Consistent onsite presence at least 4 days a week.

  • Coordinate and support town halls and large meetings; includes catering, meeting logistics, meeting materials, AV connections and Zoom meetings set-up.

  • Work collaboratively with EOS team members, Facility, and various internal departments to establish clear stakeholder expectations to ensure all deliverables are completed on-time.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is between $63,540 and $76,292. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience in an office administrative role

  • Proficient in using MS Office, including MS Teams & Outlook

  • Ability to multi-task effectively as well as to follow up/manage ongoing projects/issues. 

  • Excellent teamwork skills, particularly the abilities to continually anticipate emerging issues, and to plan for success.

  • Always present themselves in a professional manner as he/she will be first impression.

  • Ability to work on own initiative in a busy environment where constant reprioritization is required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent and effective organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience in arranging and running Zoom meetings.
