The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $16.55 to $23.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Performs complex planning, organizing, and providing support for shipping of materials and equipment, receiving of materials and equipment sent from other locations.
Prepares, files, and monitors various reports and or documents relative to shipped materials.
Expedites spares and repair orders.
Ensures the accurate and timely procurement and delivery of parts to customers in emergency situations.
Monitor's customer orders and performs data entry for reports needed for internal and external customers.
Processes work orders and return authorizations.
Prepares and maintains required shipping documents, freight bills and records.
Verifies receipt of materials using packing lists.
Takes responsible actions with incomplete or inaccurate shipments.
Works directly with Test Lab and Spares personnel as needed to expedite customer orders.
Works with purchasing personnel as needed to issue purchase orders for outside repairs, process miscellaneous vendor orders and resolve material non-conformance issues.
Must have the ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks as required.
Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and or 50 pounds occasionally.
What We Are Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Forklift Certification is strongly preferred. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
Generally, minimum of 3-5 years successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Successfully demonstrated thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
