The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $94,000-$198,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Ensure that acquired or developed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent with organization's cybersecurity architecture guidelines.
Employ secure configuration management processes.
Document and address organization's information security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering requirements.
Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture, and develop a security risk management plan.
Provide input to the Risk Management Framework process activities and related documentation (e.g., system life-cycle support plans, concept of operations, operational procedures, and maintenance training materials).
Write detailed functional specifications that document the architecture development process.
Document and update as necessary all definition and architecture activities.
Determine the protection needs (i.e., security controls) for the information system(s) and network(s) and document appropriately.
Develop/integrate cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements or requirements for the processing of multiple classification levels of data.
3 to 5 years of strong experience working with GCP, and its native cloud services
10+ years of experience in demonstrating Cybersecurity knowledge.
Strong knowledge of security architecture, system, and network security
Strong experience and in-depth knowledge of security standards and best practices (OWASP, SANS 25, etc.) as it relates to cloud, web, and mobile applications
Experience in analyzing security of cloud-based applications.
Ability to read and write one or more common programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Python, including 2+ years of hands-on programming or scriptwriting, including 2+ years of working with cloud applications

CISSP
Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification
Google Professional Cloud Architect certification
