What You Will Do:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing to selecting candidates, and build strong partnerships to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Onboarding & Training: Seamlessly integrate new hires and training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive and equitable salary and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Policy & Compliance: Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Immigration Support: Efficiently handle visa applications and immigration processes for international hires.
Qualifications:
Who You Are:
- Experienced: You have 3-5 years in HR, backed by a Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, ADP and preferably Workday.
- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of both federal and state employment laws.
- Problem Solver: Experienced in navigating complex HR issues including employee relations and compliance.
- Team Player: Eager to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment.
