Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that include email marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, retargeting, and search engine marketing.

  • Leads website design and content management, including microsites and landing pages aligned to InHealth Technologies, business objectives and marketing plan/demand gen campaigns.

  • Write engaging, informative, and persuasive copy for a variety of healthcare-related content, compelling copy that speaks to our target audience, highlighting our unique value proposition and driving conversions. Manage approval and lifecycle for all digital content and assets.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop messaging that effectively communicates our unique value proposition to our target audience and create visually appealing assets that support demand gen campaigns.

  • Drive continuous improvement by tracking and analyzing campaign results to optimize performance, identify trends and insights, and make recommendations to improve ROI.

  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends, and best practice to inform content and messaging strategies and identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our digital marketing technologies, tactics and methods to drive brand awareness, expand reach and engagement to demand gen efforts.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, clinical and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, communication strategy and support broader marketing initiatives.

  • Manage budgets and timelines for demand gen initiatives, reporting on progress and outcomes to key stakeholders

  • Keeping up to date with changes in privacy and data protection laws and regulations, as it applies on online communications and digital marketing. Manage customer database effectively and maintain a high hygiene of customers segmentations, which can lead to better B2B and B2C relationships, increased sales, and improved business performance.  

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare B2B and B2C demand generation & digital marketing, with a focus on digital design, copywriting and content creation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in healthcare copywriting, content creation, and digital demand generation.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, digital design, strategies, and tactics and experience using a wide range of tools (such as Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, HootSuite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Magento, and Salesforce) to track and optimize campaign performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy/  story telling.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search engine advertising, and display advertising.

  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform decision-making.

  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.

  • A self-starter with a passion for driving growth and achieving results.
