The Early ID program has been developed for first- and second-year college students interested in exploring career pathways with Humana. This 2-day on-site development program will be hosted at our headquarters in Louisville.

 

During this experience, students will have the opportunity to participate in various professional development courses, engage in networking sessions, and learn more about a day in the life of a Humana Intern.

 

Students must be available to travel to Louisville and participate each day during normal business hours. (Travel, hotel, meals, and entertainment will be covered by Humana).

 

The 2024 Early ID Program will be held onsite at in our Louisville office on 7/31/24 – 8/2/24

 

We are looking for students who have interest in the following areas:

·       Actuarial Science

·       IT/Technology:

o   Application Development

o   Artificial Intelligence

o   Data/Analytics/Data Mining

o   Full Stack Engineer

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Enrolled as a first- or second-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a Technology related discipline

·       Strong academic standing

·       Campus and community involvement

·       Strong communication skills

·       Emotional Intelligence

·       Technical aptitude

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
