Job Descrption

About us

We push the boundaries of what others have defined as possible. Our approach starts with an engineering mindset and different thinking. Then we continuously refine our ideas – unwilling to compromise and driven by an obsession for finding a better way.

Our robotics platform team is based in a dedicated robotics facility in Hullavington UK. We work in tight multi-disciplinary groups and push new technologies from academia and research into cutting edge features for consumer products. We are expanding our projects and technology interests, and we need new members to join our incredible and innovative team!

About the role

They will be experienced in managing project stakeholders in global, cross functional teams, identifying and resolving conflict and empowering and inspiring teams.

  • Coordinate and communicate project scope, identify dependencies and understand the critical path to secure timely project delivery.

  • Manage senior project stakeholders and cross functional project teams, removing barriers, building relationships and resolving conflict.

  • Manage progress, analyse, collate & report project status and data from a cost, time, spec perspective.

  • Define, assess and track the impact of change requests.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.

Experience

  • 3+ years working experience, within a product development environment, with a demonstrable knowledge of the product lifecycle.

  • Significant experience with proven ability to manage and deliver moderately complex tasks in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

  • In depth understanding and application of business processes, project governance methods and operational/development framework.

Behavioral

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build productive working relationships and influence.

  • Confident; comfortable with interacting with senior executives without being tempted to dilute unpleasant news or back down from well-reasoned analysis
