Your new team

This position sits Pernod Ricard’s The Absolut Company (TAC) business. A proud global spirits company with a century-long history of fine spirit making tradition, The Absolut Company is responsible for the production and management of: Absolut Vodka, Malibu, Kahlúa, Åkvavit and Absolut Elyx.

Sitting in our Global Creative Content team in London, this position is responsible for coordinating marketing assets between our global team in Stockholm, Sweden, and various local markets across the world. The scope also touches key aspects of creative marketing, such as leading asset adaptation briefs, driving agencies and collaborating with local market teams to effectively launch localised assets.

Your unique contribution

You will have 3 main areas of responsibility:

Partner with our local markets (e.g. UK, Spain, France) to define the optimal marketing assets to use for local brand campaigns , ensuring these are on-brand and compliant with group and local standards, as well as relevant legislation.

Lead and support asset development/ adaptation projects across Absolut, Malibu and Kahlua. You will lead the development of marketing assets from brief to delivery. You will be the brand guardian, ensuring all asset adaptations are consistent with the brands’ identities and managing daily interactions with our agency partners who will adapt the assets.

Manage ongoing projects within the team. You will coordinate regular creative reviews between the Global Content Creative team in London and the TAC HQ in Stockholm. You will lead the coordination of best practice sharing across major markets for the brands and act as an internal ambassador to showcase best practices from Absolut, Malibu and Kahlua.

Who you’ll be working with

Internally, you will be part of a creatively driven and business savvy team that always strives to improve. Your contacts will be global and local marketing teams and you will be able to learn from experienced team members.

Externally, you’ll work with creative and marketing agencies.

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you:
• Are a recent university graduate or have gained a first professional experience after having completed school, college or an apprenticeship.
• Can show strong project management skills, preferably with a track record of successfully leading projects or initiatives in work, academics, sports, or other fields. You are structured, organised, reliable, hands-on and demonstrate a very good attention to detail.
• Are comfortable building relationships, both locally in the UK and with colleagues from other countries.
• You can demonstrate that you are a self-driven problem solver, creative and proactive. You are at ease in changing, matrixed environments and work collaboratively.
• You speak business-fluent English. Business proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus.
