Responsibilities
•Brings overall visibility into digital transformation and delivery of Digital Health product portfolio through value assurance and tracking
•Define mechanisms to track OKRs across digital products and platforms and transformation program
•Define metrics and create consistent dashboards
•Provide leadership onboarding and user training the proper use of metrics and dashboards; host workshops to better understand organizational needs across metric assessment
•Prepare and execute OKR components of QBR offsites
•Analyze program data to identify trends and insights, make recommendations for program improvement
•Support annual budgeting and resource allocation process for digital product and platform teams
•Develop insights and recommendations on resource allocation
•Support program and project managers’ development of materials for bi-weekly updates / sprint planning on program performance
•Facilitate biweekly touchpoints with Senior Program Manager and/or Program Delivery and Agile Lead to prepare for sprint retro/planning
•Present at monthly Digital Health Leadership Team discussions with analyses and overview of program state; incorporate feedback
Skills
•5-10+ years of experience in project/program management roles, with a focus on metrics and dashboards development and implementation
•Technically capable, with understanding of Jira, SQL, and dashboarding tools including Confluence and Tableau
•Established presenter, able to extract information from diverse sources and convey complex messages quickly
