Job Descrption
General Responsibilities
Leads the Program Delivery office for the Digital Health unit
Builds and leads a team of Program Managers and Scrum Masters across product teams
Ensures alignment of product roadmaps to the overall DH strategy
Drives the organization's Agile transformation and increases adoption of best practices
Tracks progress and maintains project control for on-time delivery of prioritized products
Harmonizes tools to plan work and track progress
Mentors Scrum Masters across product teams for growth and development
Defines standards and guidelines for role qualifications and ways of working
Collaborates with recruiting and product teams to hire Agile talent
Ensures teams map work to OKRs and tracks progress through regular reviews; manages meeting cadence and work plans; organizes and coordinates DH quarterly business review (QBR) and regular sprint reviews
Skills
10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience responsible for the delivery and launch of SaaS products/solutions, track record as an Agile transformation leader
5+ years of Agile coaching experience and team collaboration tools such as JIRA, VersionOne, or Rally
Holds related Agile practitioner certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM, CSP, PSM, PMI-ACP), and/or certifications with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)
Understands technical concepts in SaaS and cloud native environments required to manage delivery and launch of cloud-based solutions
Familiar with entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Development, DevOps, and Scrum
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and practices (incl. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks) and the flexibility to adapt their experience to new and evolving environments, and ability to activate and develop Agile team members
Proficient in defining methodology, codify the process to be shared widely, and orchestrate change activities and processes
