Requirements
• We are seeking a versatile Lead Business Intelligence Analyst with strong communication skills and a proven track record of working with data and stakeholders across various business functions,
• The ideal candidate will have experience in data quality management, business intelligence (BI) development, and automating data processes,
• This role is suited for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams, using data to drive business insights and improvements,
• 8+ years of experience as a Lead BI analyst or in a similar role, with a wide range of skills in data management, analysis, and reporting,
• Experienced Data Expert: Someone with 8+ years of experience across various roles in data architecture, business intelligence, and automation,
• Visualization: Strong experience in visualization such as tableau, Power BI, Looker or other tools. Having strong business acumen to tell a story from data,
• Hybrid BI Leader: The ideal candidate... might be a strong technical leader who has been in roles that span across both data governance and BI development, likely coming from a background of data engineering or architecture but with significant exposure to MDM and RPA initiatives,
• Experienced Data Expert in data architecture, business intelligence, and automation who has managed governance, MDM, BI solutions, SQL, Python,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business users,
• Hands-on experience with automating data processes, improving workflows, and increasing data efficiency,
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of deriving insights from complex data sets,
• (Desirable) Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams on data projects,
• (Desirable) Experience with cloud-based data solutions or API-driven integrations
What the job involves
• Business Intelligence (BI) Development,
• Design and develop BI solutions using tools like Tableau to deliver actionable , compelling and powerful insights for stakeholders,
• Work with users to understand their data needs and build dashboards that effectively answer business questions,
• Maintain and enhance existing BI reports, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving business needs,
• Data Quality & Governance Support,
• Assist in data quality initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across key systems,
• Support the implementation of data governance policies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure best practices are followed,
• Perform data cleansing and validation to provide users with reliable data for decision-making,
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Support,
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand their data challenges,
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring data solutions meet user needs,
• Present data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations,
• Data Process Automation,
• Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and reporting processes to increase efficiency,
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement automation solutions, such as streamlining manual data entry or report generation tasks,
• Cross-Functional Data Initiatives,
• Work with other data professionals across the organization on projects that span multiple areas, such as data integration and master data management (MDM) efforts,
• Support efforts to standardize and centralize data, ensuring consistency across platforms and reports
