As an Air Conditioning Engineer at JLL, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional HVAC maintenance and repair services to our prestigious client base. Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and responsive repairs on air conditioning and HVAC systems in commercial properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct fault finding and diagnostic assessments on air conditioning equipment to determine the root cause of issues and implement effective repair solutions.
Efficiently respond to reactive maintenance requests, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and disruption to property occupants.
Collaborate with fellow engineers and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Perform routine servicing and inspections of air conditioning systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and delivering optimal performance.
Record all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately and promptly in the designated systems.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer, preferably within the commercial real estate sector.
Extensive knowledge of various air conditioning and HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, chilled water systems, and associated equipment.
Recognized technical qualification in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as NVQ, City & Guilds Level 2 or 3, or equivalent.
F-Gas Certification is essential.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures related to air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
A proactive and customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites within the assigned region.
