Summary:
The Scrum Facilitator supports all the Software managers and developers, ensuring that all software tasks are captured according to the software process and that these tasks are kept up to date to reflect the status of development. In addition, she/he guides and coaches all developers on the software development life cycle and particularly the management of Jira tasks. Finally, leveraging Jira, she/he delivers metrics and reporting to the whole software department to monitor progress of all the current projects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with the software managers and the feature leads to capture all the relevant software tasks.
- Ensure all the tasks follow the SDLC and that the predefined workflows are executed.
- Support the software managers for task assignment.
- Support the developers to make sure the tasks are up to date.
- Work with SW QA to distribute the verification tasks and follow their progress.
- Manage the park of shared systems to make sure they are in good working conditions.
- Manage the shared systems availability.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 4-year Bachelor or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience in Python, or any other scripting language is desired.
- Demonstrated experience in Jira or any other project tracking software.
- Proven knowledge of PC hardware is required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits:
- $95,000- $110,000 + variable bonus opportunity
