As a member of the FDBU Supply Chain (SC) organization, the Master Data (MD) Coordinator will be focused on the SAP Material Master, MBR building in SAP & PAS-X or Process Orders. Each of these areas will require reviewing Formulation Records and Batch Records to support the FDBU Supply Chain operations, ensuring accurate data quality and business continuity. Team members will collaborate with FDBU Business, Operations, Quality and Technology stakeholders to understand the processes and workflows required to build a strong SC data foundation. Team members will establish and follow Master Data (MD) governance best practices, along with Global FDB teams, with a focus on continuous improvement to promote growth and structure for daily Supply Chain operations. The Master Data Coordinator will also be adaptable to assisting with business or IT projects, to advise on Master Data topics and execute necessary activities.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2+ years’ experience in a master data
environment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide cross functional planning with internal customers.
• Strong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail and
accuracy
• Customer focus and high sense of urgency when assisting business users
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing business critical data in ERP systems
• Ability to document functional requirements, business rules, and process flows to build
MD governance.• Interpersonal skills are required to work will with individuals at all levels within
the company.
Preferred:
• Experience in MES systems (PAS-X) a plus
• 2+ years’ experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
