Overview
The Warehouse Parts Coordinator will be responsible for performing shipping and receiving activities including picking, packing, metering, and shipping to provide parts to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack and meter all outgoing parts orders for shipment
- Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding pricing and availability, equipment warranty status, parts tracking, proof of deliveries, and order placement
- Input daily tracking information into ASTEA system for parts shipments.
- Receive inbound freight and place into correct bin locations including labeling and reorganization of parts placement.
- Complete daily cycle counting of 100 SKUs per day
- Receive and stock incoming freight
- Create new equipment parts kits and pm kits; ensure adequate levels of kits are maintained
- General housekeeping of entire warehouse area including sweeping, straightening, or relocating freight, refilling warehouse supplies, breaking down boxes and trash removal
- Assist field personnel on will calls
- Perform related duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills/Education
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 or more years of warehouse experience, including ability to operate auto-platform ladders
- Outstanding customer service
- Necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
