V2X is looking for a highly motivated Software/Systems Engineer to join a small multi-discipline team of engineers supporting the Transportation Technology and Tolling Solutions (T3S) OmniToll product line in software development, integration, and test efforts. This opportunity is for an experienced engineer (10+ years) to serve in an IPT lead role as part of a senior product line team working in an agile development environment. Flexibility to work hybrid schedule with remote and on-site availability in the Metro West, MA area.  Desired technical skills listed below.

• 10+ years program engineering experience in Object Oriented Design
• Familiarity with using Linux/Unix workstation and familiar with Linux commands
• Experienced in using integrated software development tools, such as Jenkins, GIT, VisualStudio
• Experience with HTML and XML schemas
• Knowledge of communication technology such as TCP/IP, HTTP
• Experienced in using software development tools, such as gradle/Eclipse/artifactory
• Has worked in an Agile/Scrum environment and is familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Candidate should be well versed in software configuration management and version control, preferably has used Git
