AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team in our Vegas location. Must hold an active NV state Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents.
Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p mostly in office, but the need for assistance with occasional staffing cases will be required if needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done by the Clinical Supervisor routinely.

- Case Opening Assessments
- Care Plans
- Medication set up and reconciliation
- Wound care visits
- Supervisory and nurse visits
- Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
- Must be willing to travel within our main coverage area
- Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs
Requirements
- Current NV State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
- Reliable transportation, NV Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
- Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
