YOUR ROLE

 

Our Operation in Hounslow is looking for a customer-centred Air Export Customer Service Administrator who will deliver superior customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into the Customer Service Air Export Manager you will act as the customer-facing front end to all customer service processes. As a part of the role, you will:

 

  • review, accept and process customer bookings as well as assist customers with existing queries
  • handle customer complaints and provide solutions
  • build and manage relationships with clients and handle customer requests
  • assist customers with existing quotation/tariff queries.
  • handle inbound and outbound calls
  • pass on new business leads and be involved in the implementation of new businesses directly or by supporting colleagues and customers by providing guidance on processes and local knowledge
  • generate and distribute customer specific reports in line with agreed requirements & KPI’s

 

This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.30.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

We are looking for a committed and dedicated customer-centric individual with a passion and a flair for customer service. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar environment within Export and enjoy the fast pace that comes with working in a logistic setting. You will have a fundamental knowledge of freight forwarding processes. You will need to be an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will enjoy working as part of a team but also working alone on your initiative.
