About the role
In this role, you drive the user experience and service effectiveness of the whole ContactOne (C1) ecosystem. ContactOne is the 'one place to go' for employees and clients to get what they need from SwissRe, and covers services like IT, HR, group functions, solutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Define content management and UX standards for C1
• Lead a team of 8 service designers (line manager and coach)
• Act as senior service designer on larger/more complex initiatives
• Drive change management and engagement activities to support the ContactOne strategy

About you
You are a proven people leader with a track record of service design.
• Experience in People Leadership, incl. remote leadership
• Experience in Service Design and Change Management
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience/education in search engine optimisation, content management, UX design, design thinking, customer journey mapping are all a plus
