You will join our regional and international team of HR knowledge experts. This position will appeal to you if you are looking to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle on-site in London. You will play a critical role in managing all aspects of employee relations from Onboarding to Offboarding for our newly establishing route-to-market, ensuring a positive employee experience, and fostering a productive workplace environment.
Role Responsibilities
First point of contact for HR inquiries from our employees.
Independently handle and clarify general inquiries to the HR department.
Advise on, interpret and manage contracts, policies and procedures
(Co-) responsibility for regional HR programs and policies, including contracts, benefits, pensions, onboarding and offboarding, document management, relocation, etc., partly in cooperation with the respective departments and external partners
Preparation of monthly payroll changes for internal payroll team
Responsibility for time recording and vacation administration software, as well as HR data and HR process management on the relevant platforms
General support of the HR Business Partner
Questioning the status quo and improving our HR services
You are a team player, you are well versed in the HR world, you can make decisions and have a hands-on mentality, you are well versed with HR systems and the MS Office package, Success Factors is a plus. You can work well in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail.
You’re proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Other language skills are considered a bonus. Ideally, you have already had exposure to matrix organizations or a shared service environment.
Qualifications
Substantial experience (5+ years) in a similar role in Human Resources
Confident written and verbal English communication
Completed Degree-level education or Professional qualification in the field of human resources or a related discipline
