We are currently seeking a Power Automate RPA Specialist to join our team in Lansing, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).
Role Responsibilities:
- Developing out robotic processes during the project development stage
- Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
- Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and paired-programming
Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development
- Developing and testing integrations to other systems within the workflow
- Creating and maintaining solution documentation
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Problem-solving issues arise in the daily running of automated bot processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
- Carry out processes on their own, but they still rely on highly skilled RPA Development teams to maintain them and make improvements
- Learn and build custom utility bots
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of application development in Power Automate RPA Tool
- Microsoft Power Automate RPA Tool
- Power Automate certification
- OOP
- .NET, C#, Visual Basic and MS SQL
- XML, JSON, HTML, CSS
- TFS, and Git
- Power Automate certification is required
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Power Automate RPA Tool
- Automation Anywhere experience
Education:
- B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
