We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (US-OK), United States (US).
The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) will work directly with the NTT DATA team and the client’s staff to assist with the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution project throughout the Design, Development, Implementation (DDI), Operational Readiness, and Maintenance and Operations activities. This includes but is not limited to participation in definition, design, testing, training, piloting, and implementation of the new EVV solution. The Sr. BA will be a valued member of the project team and will work collaboratively with the client and other vendors to provide business analysis services and EVV subject matter expertise. This role will integrate seamlessly with both the NTT DATA and client teams to ensure that business needs are met and will help to managing and drive change using their EVV and business analyst knowledge and experience.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Work collaboratively with the client and NTT DATA team, leveraging EVV business operations and systems skills and expertise to improve the operational efficiency of the team and increase the quality of the system.
• Provide support for all phases of the project.
• Participate in identifying any operational impacts to current business processes created by the proposed system and recommend modifications to business workflow and processes to support new system functionality and design.
• Participate in requirements definition and design, business workflow development, design, and improvement, and system integration and User Acceptance test case script development and execution, as needed.
• Participate in implementation planning and operational readiness activities.
• Develop, review, and update client deliverables.
• Lead internal team members through completion of assignments. Mentor and guide internal team members on questions regarding EVV business processes, solutions, and other assignments.
• Verify and assess vendor compliance with project level requirements.
• Assist the Project manager with updates to status reports and suggest areas for team process improvements.
• Develop, review, and assess NTT DATA project documents/deliverables for quality, completeness, compliance, and effectiveness
• Review major deliverables and work products from vendors for quality, completeness, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Identify and report project issues and risks.
• Attend project and status meetings as assigned.
• Research and provide recommendations to the client on critical business decisions.
• Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed, as applicable.
• Perform periodic assessment activities with focus on requirements traceability and testing.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of total progressive work experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with large government, IT Projects in the State Health and Human Services Industry
• Minimum 1 year experience with EVV project implementations
Preferred Skills:
• Medicaid Business Analyst with Medicaid Enterprise Systems implementations experience
• Prior consulting experience
• Strong requirements analysis skills
• Experience with, and working knowledge of, requirements management tools.
• Ability to present to and work effectively with external business customers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience and ability to create material and deliver training.
• Experience with federal certification requirements, especially for EVV implementations.
• Understanding of user interface and usability of application.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $92,000 - 138,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
