We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Portland, Oregon (US-OR), United States (US).
The Project Coordinator provides project related support to the project delivery director, project manager, and other project team members within the project team to ensure the project is delivered on time, cost, and quality. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery director, project manager, and other team members with meeting preparation, management, and follow-up. The coordinator will support both the internal team and the client to ensure that project repositories remain up to date. This position is also responsible for supporting internal project office oversight at the direction of the delivery director. This person will become familiar with and support project governance, management, and methodology and will provide quality assurance reviews of project deliverables.
Other responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:
Organizing, attending, and participating in internal and external meetings
Documenting and distributing meeting minutes and tracking action items
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Assist with gathering and development of reports for distribution and presentations
Assist with development and review of deliverables
Support reporting requirements and timelines
Assist with and ensure proper documentation storage and tracking
Provide administrative support, which includes onboarding new staff members
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of work experience, including...
Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience with medium-sized, information technology projects
Undergraduate degree or 4 years additional relevant experience
Requested Qualifications:
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Experience working in a public sector environment
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $70,000 to $80,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
