We are currently seeking a BPO HC & Insurance Operations Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).
BPO HC & Insurance Operations Associate

Wage is: $16.00/hr and Hours of Operation is M-F 7am to 7pm CST, must have open availibility. Schedules are subject to change to meet business needs. Must live in the Continental United States for this remote role.
Basic Qualifications:
1 Year Customer Service Experience
1 Year Computer Experience with Microsoft Office
1 Year Contact Center or Business Processing Experience
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate experienced computer navigation skills.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Utilize and update SOPs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.
*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
