Marketing Trainee is a unique 8-months opportunity specially designed for bright, young, and passionate fresh graduates like you who want to shape their careers. As a member of the Marketing team at Van Cleef & Arpels, you will support the day-to-day operational activities, especially in the high-end segment across the 3 categories.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Operational day-to-day activity
- Initiate and follow up on High Jewelry and Watches transfers between boutiques and ensure the stock rotation is done on time.
- Pilot High Jewelry and High-end Watch availability requests with boutiques and the regional marketing team.
- Follow-up on High Jewelry certificates with the regional marketing team.
- Update and follow up on the jewelry wishlists on scarce creations.
- Manage special order requests on jewelry.
Product training & tools
- Coordinate and ensure the product library is constantly enriched with the latest tools to support sales. (booklets, product sheets, manipulation videos, worn views, etc.).
- Adapt and create local training tools if needed to support the sales team.
- Update and share price mappings with the sales team.
Sales & Competition Analysis
- Extract data and perform monthly analysis on all product segments.
- Support the Marketing Manager in ad-hoc analysis (internal meetings, business reviews, understanding of the collections performances…).
- Conduct a monthly competition analysis and report for all product segments.
Experience and Qualification Required
- This opportunity is currently available for UAE Nationals holding a valid UAE Passport & Family book
- Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Language requirement - Proficiency in English & Arabic
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in priority)
