We are currently seeking an AI Product Delivery Lead to support our digital transformation and enhance our AI capabilities. In this role, you will drive our AI programs across business units and functions on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the AI product roadmap, product planning, and end-to-end product delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise and excel in cross-functional collaboration, effectively partnering with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers. Together, we will define, communicate, and successfully deliver the AI/GenAI portfolio in alignment with our prioritized business needs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborates to deliver and align the AI/GenAI technology stack and associated programs with the strategic roadmap and vision for value delivery.
- Takes responsibility for managing and executing specific programs in partnership with data and digital product teams, as well as platform owners across the organization.
- Partners with teams across the technology organization to raise awareness of capabilities and opportunities for scaling.
- Works closely with IT and business teams to ensure that prioritized programs have the necessary dedicated resources for execution.
- Assumes ownership of AI/GenAI product/program delivery within a functional area.
- Provides oversight and occasionally manages the development and/or technical teams responsible for product/program delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience leading digital, data, AI, and other large-scale programs globally.
- 3+ years' experience in an IT or Business function directly leading a team of program managers who balance business and technical discussions.
- 3+ years' experience leading third-party platform optimization, with the ability to strategically enable platforms to scale and drive beyond operations.
- Experience in leading digital or data product delivery teams, including offshore resource management.
- Experience delivering digital, data, AI projects to drive value across a portfolio at scale, broader than a single function.
- Knowledgeable in technical architecture frameworks and principles.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:
- Agile certifications.
- Training as a product owner, manager, or lead.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and staying abreast of the latest industry trends in AI/GenAI technology.
