Bostik Limited is a world leading manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, coatings, cement products and waterproofing materials supplying into the transportation, industrial, construction and DIY/consumer markets.
We are recruiting Production Operators to safely operate production line machinery and weigh-out raw materials with great detail, so working to a high-quality standards and in an efficient manner in will be expected. Successful applicants will be involved in a range of duties including line set-up, operating machinery, production of finished product, loading powder raw materials into mixers and regular housekeeping. Applicants must be physically fit, as manual handling will be involved, lifting weights of up to 25kg. Factory experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Applicants must be safety conscious, reliable and flexible.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of education, excellent communication skills, the right attitude to working safely and a basic level of mechanical aptitude.
40 hour week, Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 4.00pm
Due to the rural location, applicants must have their own transport.
Rate of Pay: £11.60 per hour + £1.72 shift allowance.
