Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to be responsible for the conception, development and launch of new product and service offerings for our Facility Services and Rental businesses. The SPDM is the divisions leader in working with outside vendors to develop offerings that will further our growth and differentiation, in alignment with our Strategic plan. The SPDM will work closely with our Operations group to define, develop and launch offerings as well as Sales, Marketing and Product Development Managers. The SPDM will have frequent interactions with Upper Management in this high-visibility role.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 10 years' related business experience
- Technical Environment • Has a basic understanding of their technical environment, including technical area development and architecture for base SAP. Consults senior developers as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Ability to travel 25% to 50%, including overnight
- Experience training field sales on new products and tools
- Experience interacting as a technical expert with customers
- Experience in vendor negotiations
- Experience in Facility Services
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Valid driver's license
