What you’ll be doing…
In this pivotal role as an Issue Resolution Architect, you'll take ownership of coordinating and managing technical issues, ensuring successful resolutions through proactive engagement and meticulous planning.
Additionally, you'll create and deliver comprehensive project board packs, develop technical work requests, and review reports with a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities also extend to investigating challenges, supporting organisational learning, and ensuring effective escalation and resolution of identified issues. Who you are…
We’re looking for you to hold a degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field such as engineering as you will need to utilise your technical knowledge for these complex topics. Another ability we’re looking for you to have, is the confidence to engage in a collaborative environment at HPC, leveraging your leadership skills to coordinate diverse stakeholders and manage change effectively.
