The Opportunity…
We are looking for a HR Data & Reporting Coordinator to join one of the most exciting and ambitious projects within EDF, as we continue our journey to help Britain achieve net zero.
At Hinkley Point C (HPC) we are building two new nuclear reactors, the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in the UK, providing low carbon electricity for around six million homes.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective control of Nuclear Baseline (NB) and Management of Change (MoC) data, and for supporting the OC Lead and the Resource Planning Lead on delivering the wide range of reporting required.
As a HR Data & Reporting Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that HR procedures and processes are efficient, up-to-date, and focused on the end users (line management and staff). You will work closely with HR colleagues, line managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the project has robust people data, reporting and procedures.
