About the job
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work within our new maintenance contract for HPC in and around the site, as well as ad hoc project work from the land management and civils teams.
The successful candidate will be an organised and motivated team Supervisor / Leader, with at least 2 years experience within the landscaping or grounds maintenance industry.With a drive to think on your feet, be quality driven and have the ability to help us maintain our exceptional customer service and quality standards.In return, you will be a part of a fantastic team working in a great working, with the opportunity for self-development

What we offer:
Full-time, Contract
• Pay: £13.50 - £16 per hour
• 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus annual increase of one day year on year up to 5 days.

Essential Skills:
• Driving licence with B&E
• SSSTS
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a Supervisory grounds maintenance role
Preferred Skills
• A proven track record in the ability to lead a team safely and efficiently
• A high level of compliance awareness, health and safety, environmental, quality as well as national standards.
• The ability to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent time management, organisation, administration.
• Innovative approach using modern technology with new products and systems.
• SSSTS/ Gold Card
• A working knowledge of Grounds maintenance, light civil engineering and installation projects.
• A range of competencies including First Aid, PA1&6, brush cutter, hedge trimmers etc.
