Opportunity…
We are currently recruiting for an Organisational Capability Specialist, you will be reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability for the EPR Programme supporting the wider HR team in Sizewell C (SZC).
You will cover a variety of responsibilities across the process and people aspects of organisational capability. And will have the opportunity to support the implementation of processes with the aim to make them more efficient and effective working with a network of HR colleagues and business teams across Sizewell C.
